I have recently started making my own jewrellry and starting on purses and bags soon to sell!
Im also going to start buying and selling vintage clothes and shoes too :)
I go craft fairs with my mum and want to show off my own creative streak my starting my own mini business.
Of course it will be a bit pricey BUT i enjoy making and creating and the atmosphere at these fairs so i thought why not? ;)
But since i am a college student i will be a very busy bee so im uncertain about making a website as i have limited stock so far but i will update soon about my business idea and let you all know! :)

Anna Sui Autumn/Winter 2010-11 Collection.
Straight from the catwalks of New York fashion week, this collection has proved to be my favourite look for this winter.
Modern Romance Collection..
URBAN OUTFITTERS.
This collection is inspired from the 1920's from the vintage detailed brogues to the floaty, ditzy blouses.
I am lovingggg this necklace, it seems to be another
alternative away from the clock necklaces that everyone else wears.

This is SUCH a beautiful and elegant outfit.
The simple yet classic look is perfect for everyday casual wear especially with this AMAZING
vintage satchel bag (that i am sooo saving up for!)

Capes are the main trend for Autumn/Winter 2010.
Seen all over the catwalk at Milan fashion week, this will be a huge trend for fashion lovers this winter.

These sock are B-E-A-UTIFUL!
Lace trimmed ankle socks will replace knee-high ones this autumn.

BROGUES,
BROGUES,
BROGUES!!!
Masculine and work-ethic. Also something i will be investing in ;)

Prom, Prom, PROM!
Yeah so basically, after having a chat with the lovely beautiful jessica she has calmed me down ALOT and now i ain't so bothered.
I mean, yes, prom is one of those things your gonna rememeber for the rest of life as it is a high school leaving do-ish thingy.
BUT you don't need to go COMPLETELY over the eiffel tower and break your neck with your dress, hair and blah, blah, blah...
But i'm one of those girls that doesn't want to pay a FORTUNE paying for things like acyrlic nails and spray tan and that because it's not gonna last, but memories will, forever.
Wow, i actually sounded sappy there...eaaakkkk
But don't get me wrong i think it's great that many girls make the effort and pull it off beautifully but i like standing out like a pink sheep amongst white sheep, something bizarre yet different.
And when i finished making my dress with mummy the other day, it is a rather simple dress but my mum is amazing cause she made simple yet elegant and red carpet ready! ahaha
But most designers DO have simple designs and add extra and whatnot to their outfits with accesories and make-up and layering to produce something unique yet theirs.
And that's what i hope (fingers crossed) mine will look like, MY own design, simplistic and unique. And NEVER overdo....
That's what i love about fashion as Coco Chanel said 'Always take off the last thing you put on..' Or something along those lines but yeaah, i will have to put a photo up of me and the dress after wednesday!
And in case your wondering i didn't get those knee-high gladiators!! boohoo what did i say, i'm skint! ahaha but i got some gorgeous ankle ones, and i love them!!
But i tell ya i'm saving up for those ones anyway!!

Festival fashion Part Two..(Wellies)
I have to start with wellies!!!

Union jack wellies, £10 FROM matalan
I found a fabulous range of hunter wellies that will ROCK YOUR SOCKS:

^^^^ HUNTER COLLABORATION WITH JIMMY CHOO!!^^^^
^^^^ORIGINAL^^^^
^^^^FESTIVAL^^^^
OMG?! AREN'T THEY GORGEOUS!!!
Right okay the black biker ones are like £139 BUT where else would you get these EXACT BEAUTYS?!
And okay, yeah i DO NOT have that kind of money to spend on wellies soo here are a few alternatives:
Why should you get them?
Because if you like the hunter with jimmy choo, these are rather similar with the croc pattern.
Also they have a wedge, which would look glamouress aswell as not looking like your too dressed up because they are wellies!!
DR shoes, £29.99
Why should you get them?
They are fun, colourful, striking and it doesn't matter if you clash them with an outfit because they will still look great!
Never be lost in a crowd again, as your friends will find you by your feet!
I have found many more but cant access the pictures but the links are:........
And i just found out i cant paste the links....SORRY GUYS but but but if i tell you which shops and what they are then take a look for yourself and take you fancy ;)
SO there is the:
Dixie sock cuff wellies in navy blue, £20 FROM Topshop
Festival print wellies, £24.99 FROM river island.....................Go on womens and boots, they are on the first page ;)
Union jack wellies, £10 FROM matalan
And i found an AMAZINGGG shop online where you can get many wonderful and wacky designed wellies from:
www.funky-wellington-boots.co.uk/wellies/ladies_wellies.php
Hope i pleased ;)
part three coming up soon on what to wear!

Festival fashion Part One
Festival fashion is my personal favourite style EVER!
Anyway Festival style orginated from the 60's (Also my fave decade ;) soo wish i was born then..) which bought the whole style phenomon worldwide.
First of all i'm gonna have to start with the top 10 essentials not including clothes BUT, what you REALLLLY need for a festival and if your camping you might wanna listen up ;) :
*Baby wipes (soft AND moisturizing so doesn't harm on your skin)
*TOILET ROLL (queuing up for hours and then finally get in a cubicle and realise there is no loo roll...oh dear)
*Wellies are a MUST
*Torch (for night-time peeing)
*Blanket (casue a sleeping bag just isn't enough ;)
*A waterproof mac!
*Dry shampoo (keeping your hair nice and well clean-sish)
*Drugs and NOT the kind you get stupidly high off but for headaches,etc...
*Mini make-up kit, you dont NEED your whole treasure chest just the basics like mascara, lipgloss (to keep lips hydrated), concealer...Try to go au natural!!
*Suncream, sunglasses, sunhat but choose a high SPF with suncream even if you don't need it.
And now style for festival!!
Tbh, i wouldn't take your wardrobe either BUT then i would be saying just wear ya long johns and that's no fun soooooo......here are a few celebritys;
Alexa chung always seems to pull off any look thrown at her and this is yet another one of those styles that suit her soooo well.
With a stripy top and high waisted shorts that separate waist and hips, this suits her body figure tremedously and at the same time shows off her AMAZING legs that i so dearlt would die for!!
Knee-high socks and wellies again look so effortless yet simple, then topping off that cheery on a cucake with her biker look leather jacket.
Three words: I LOVE HER.

Daisy lowe looks drop-em-dead gorgeous in this years trend, fringing. This is such an easy look to pull off because the fringing does all the deatail for you therefore (as daisy shows) no need for EXTREME accesorizing. Wind-swept hair ( how DOES she do it?!) and a brown leather bag to distract from all the black.
I Love this model but her name slips my mind!! sorrry!!
As kate moss she displays the grunge look and the too-die for hunter wellies ;)
I J'ADORE sienna millers top/dress in an aztec design, again simple and beautiful with a plain brown belt and buckled boots. The blue shades and the studded black bag all work as gorgeously tasty cake mix you wanna eat staright from the bowl.

Kate moss, a true festival goer and brings the grunge yet glamour look where she goes.
A plain black tee, dressed up with a folk-like waistcoat teamed with khaki shorts (which are also a big hit trend this summer) and the most wanted wellies, HUNTER.
Hope you enjoyed, bringing part two soon ;)

also including vintage which i will later blog about.....
Anyway Festival style orginated from the 60's (Also my fave decade ;) soo wish i was born then..) which bought the whole style phenomon worldwide.
We call them HIPPIES! well, they did back then but come on who wouldn't love to be a hippy??
OK, minus the greasy hair and the muddy B.O smell (ugh) but that's is why my friends we now have things to distract from them rather unpleasant disadvantages.

Americano!
If you think about it Americano has been around just recently...
Rappers such as kayne west is seen wearing the 'Jock jacket', as also chris brown ( No offence but what he did to rihanna was awful, i guess he's a bad example...hmm)

The movie 'Grease' is a typical 50's vibe for Americano style mainly focusing on cheerleader and jock style and even the rebellious beginning of Leather and skin-tight fitting clothes that (gulp) our mum's and dads wore even look sexy back then!

And it didn't just stop in the 50's even now celebrities are exprimenting the whole americano look. Even sarah jessica parker took a risk at the floor-length swing skirt that yes might not sound quite so tasteful but i gotta say, it may not be my style but she rocked, she enchanted and pulled off the look so incredibly that to me it was one of the most distinctive outfits throughout the film.
And just think about one Lady who is the most controversial women of our time taken over the world as we know it for her cutting-edge, theatrical and outrageous outfits...

Yes, LADY GAGA.
In her music video featuring beyonce they are both shown wearing the american flag styled in different ways and for gaga EXTREME skimpy styled ways..
But in a bizarre, eccentric way i j'adore Lady gaga, she shows she isn't afraid of what people make of her and has made a statement by being COMPLETELY inconsistent throughout her career.

So now i am really wanting a varsity jock jacket and to wrap an american flag around my head and even high top sneakers to top off the look, shopping here i come!

Need a lil' rant once in a while ;)
Call me a simplest but ALL fashion is art, i have been trying to make me blog about What's In, Futuristic Trends and i thought 'ya know what?' I'm not gonna be like all those other bloggers constantly up to date with trends and whatnot, i am gonna show individualty. Yep, i bet you hear that from all of them but seriously i'm a girl with hardly any money, i go shopping in charity shops and i cant always afford whats bang on trend.
Yes, i love fashion! I love contraversial designers, but i also love the fact is that fashion is what you make it to be. IT'S WANT YOU WANT IT TO BE, not following what everyone else thinks..
I want my blog to be inspiring yet sharing with people what i think is in trend BUT i do believe you don't have to be like everyone else, use fashion and their trends and be inspired. Twist fashion to what YOU want, and not how everybody else looks, that's what's more important.
I am a girl that adores vintage, the many decades of fashion and how it has evolved rapidly.
The 20's, 50's, 80's and 90's * onwards but what i really do admire is what people wore back in the 1800's, i wish we still lived like that. In a way though what i have right now makes me feel happier to be where i am as much as i would die to live in new york, milan, london i think i could get there someday by still doing what i do and that's blogging and getting through college ;)

*OH, btw the hippie decade HAS to be one of the most craziest and extreme decades, sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll.....and music festivals ;) AS you can see, i do like hippy style ^^^^^ ;)
Peace out, lovers

Why i love thee..
I need access to a computer more often...since i have the chance today i felt i HAD to blog about this..
It all started with one of the most waited for events for five years....Prom.
So basically i have prom coming up v. soon and i nearly cried the other week at a fancy dress party. Yes, you might say dramatic and very uncalled for but i had my reasons. As you already know i love standing out in a crowd, expressing myself through my clothes yet when i arrived at this party i didn't expect what i saw..
There were about 6 girls wearing grecian style costumes and if i havent told you by now, yes my prom dress is based on greek past times and i started making my dress months ago!!! :(
So i was starting to get extremmeelllly anxious when i saw all these girls wearing greek inspired costumes...my first thought was 'Will they have greek prom dresses too, if they came up with this as fancy dress??'
Then i thought about it a might more and came up with the conclusion that, yes ya know what? they might very well have greek style dresses but noone will have the exact replicia of my dress..
And the girls who wore these dresses are absolutly lovely and they all looked wonderful which made me think i'm gonna look UGLY MAN.
Since im making mine, i can alter it and make it different so there you have it.
PLUS i am a panicker, i worry about almost everything! And as you can see i got slighty (OK REALLLYYY) worried about this but now im feeling okay because its only prom!
Anyway what i wanted to say is;
'Is it ever possible to fall in love with something non-living?' ER YES!
SHOES!!
And thats when i found my answer to this whole every-girl-is-gonna-have-the-same-dress-as-me situation.
I realllyy desperately wanted gladiator sandals! Nobody will be wearing flats, all heels and as much as i adore looking tall and elegant why put yourself through all that pain when you need to enjoy yourself??
It baffled me because everytime i wear heels all i do is moan, and prom is something i DEFINITLY dont wanna moan about even if it isn't what i expect.
My expectations aren't too high for prom, i mean have you seen american proms?!
They are amazing!
And soo as this long journey continues i spent hours looking at website desperatly trying to seek some knee high gladiators (which in my opinon will be hot, hot, hot! this summer).
Then i came across a site and thats when i fell in love.....the most beautiful tan leather knee-high gladiators placed gracefully in front of my eyes on the screen.
The thing is now if mum will buy me them, hmmmm i will blog back to tell you......

My first blog!!
Hiiii all you bloggers!!!!
I may seem confident, but trust me, i sure as heck aren't but through what i wear thats where i get my confidence boost. Just talking about fashion gets me excited!!
But watch this space because i am not like anybody else well i hope not! , and yes many people may say this but i try to prove this within my blogs and show you all what FASHION IS, WHAT'S IN, and yes do NOT follow the crowd! Of course everyone follows fashion and most look the same but i wanna show you how to use fashion trends and twist them into your own sense of style. :)
But yeah basically, my blog is about fashion, it reallly is my life, if fashion was never in this world, people wouldnt be who they are today. Fashion IS art, and art expresses people's individuality and who they are....
Love you all!
